George Berry Washington Memorial
George Berry Washington (1864-1928) was an African-American preacher.
In 1928 he was one of the largest landowners in Crittenden County.
This monument stands on a mound in a soybean field just north of Earle .
It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994 as the best example in Crittenden County of a sculptural grave marker.
