The APDCT-08 Symposium consists of invited papers in the field of parallel and distributed computing. The goal of APDCT-08 is to provide an additional forum within ISPA-08 for interaction among researchers and further discussion on the ISPA topics:

  • Development Tools and environments for software development

  • High performance and distributed systems and applications

  • Grid and cluster computing
  • Internet computing and web services
  • Database applications and data mining
  • High-performance scientific and engineering computing

  • Final Manuscript Due: September 26, 2008

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

The invited authors should follow the instructions of the "Online Author Kit" at the ISPA-08 website for the preparation of the final manuscript. The page limit is 6 pages (as other ISPA-08 workshops). Two additional pages can be purchased with US$100 per page. The author registration date and the final manuscript due date are strict. Please do follow the announcements on the ISPA-08 web site.

Accepted papers will be published in the main/symposia/workshop proceedings (EI index) of the 2008 IEEE International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Processing with Applications (ISPA-08), published by IEEE Computer Society Press. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant of the symposium to have the paper published in the proceedings.
