The Commercial Foods class provides students with classroom and lab instruction and practical experiences in actual catering functions. The foods kitchen is furnished with commercial and institutional equipment.

Students from the program have been state winners in both Culinary Arts and baking competitions.

Qualifying students can work in a food service institution as part of their second year class work.
